Wilson has spent his career in regulated product quality and operations. He started in pharmaceutical commissioning, qualification and validation, working with GlaxoSmithKline, Sanofi, AstraZeneca and Fujifilm Diosynth, with earlier validation, QA and microbiology roles at Novartis Vaccines, Manesty, Fluor and Pfizer. He went on to become Global Head of Quality and Operations at Nerudia, the next generation products unit of Imperial Brands, moving a global FMCG manufacturing base onto pharma grade quality systems. He then spent six years as Quality & Operations Director and board member at TTS Pharma, a vertically integrated cannabinoid and novel foods group, where he led an FSA novel food dossier covering 860 products. He now runs Medicexum, a regulatory and compliance consultancy, is Chief Compliance Officer at a vertically integrated cannabis and food supplement company, and is a co-founder of a CBD drinks brand. He is Responsible Person (GDP) trained to the Cogent Gold Standard.
